Manuscript document, one page with docketing, quarto, June 17, 1697, Albany, New York. A scarce signed deed written in Dutch. The accompanying translation reads in small part: "Let everyone know that Johannis Cuyler, formerly of the city of Albany declares in true, just free ownership to convey, as he hereby conveys to Gerrit Rijksend...a certain lot here in Albany...". Complete with a red wax seal. Light stains and expected aging, else Fine condition.
