Toning and scattered foxing throughout, pages unevenly cut, some ink blotches in lower blank border of several pages; dampstain on last four pages do not affect legibility. Bound by a previous owner with notations on cover for his library. The rights delineated by the Continental Congress on Sept. 5, 1774 became the foundation of the Declaration of Independence.
