War-date Confederate Imprint Signed twice "Wm B. Watts 2nd Lieut. P.A.C.S." 1p. quarto, Atlanta, Georgia, January 11, 1864, with nice bold "The Confederate States" printed headline at top, being a Confederate transportation voucher for Watts, who receives $60.80 from Captain H.T. Massengale Quartermaster C.S. Army, who pens "For mileage from Macon Georgia to Atlanta Georgia being 102 miles at Ten cents per mile. For mileage from Atlanta, Georgia to Macon, Georgia being 102 miles at ten cents per mile. For Mileage from Macon, Georgia to Fort Valley, Georgia being 27 miles at ten cents per mile..." VG. William Benjamin Watts enlisted May 10, 1861 and was mustered into the 2nd Florida Infantry, was wounded in action on June 30, 1862 at Frazier's Farm and was WIA in the right shoulder and jaw and taken prisoner at Antietam.
