War-date Union soldier’s Autograph Letter Signed by Moses Marx, 1st Ohio Light Artillery and later service with the 150th Ohio Infantry, 3pp. octavo, pencil, Camp on Hickory Creek, February 4, 1863, and reads in part: “...We have been here over 3 weeks and have fortified. We may not stay here more than a week and then we may lay here all winter and spring...There is something else I would like to have sent, that is a little tea...Send me the latest papers and I wish you would send some story paper as the Boston Truce Flag...” page three has fold separation, else about very good condition.
