Civil War period occupational tintype of a printer with an 1864 $10 Confederate bill tucked in his hat. Extremely unusual and in near Fine condition. The South was limited in its volume of skilled engravers and had just a few printing facilities capable of making money. Most of the Confederate money was made using offset printing and lithographic processing.
