Each 12 page issue has attractive illustrated cover and several wood-cut illustration in the interior pages. The news and stories present a Christian view. Scarce to find a complete year, 11” x 16,” fine. Lyman Abbott, an American Congregationalist theologian, founded the Illustrated Christian Weekly in 1871.
