President McKinley photograph, John Sutcliffe photographs imprint, 4 ¼" X 6 1/8", June 20, 1899, fine. Pictured are President McKinley, his wife Ida, and Massachusetts Governor Roger Wolcott entering the Grounds at Mt. Holyoke College. The President came to Mt. Holyoke College in Massachusetts on this day to attend the graduation of his niece, Grace, from this esteemed New England all women's college. A scarce Presidential image, and the first example we have seen come to market.
