Bound Volume, "The Monthly Review or Literary Journal" London, July 1753 through December 1753, 512 pp., plus index, ex-library, boards present but loose, interior pages VG. From the August 1753 issue, a nine page article, "Experiments and Observations, made at Philadelphia in America, by Mr. Benjamin Franklin, and communicated in several letters to Mr. P.Colinson of London." The article details 52 Franklin observations. This is immediately followed by a three page article, "Supplemental experiments and observations on electricity, part II, made at Philadelphia in America, by Mr. Benjamin Franklin, and communicated in several letters to Mr. P.Colinson of London."
