Manuscript map entitled "A Survey of the Land of William Waldron Junr. situate at Horns Hook by Jonth. Landon Octr 13th 1767" with schematic of the plot as well as a drawing of the dwelling house. Mounted to an original piece of colonial fabric, good condition. Horns Hook is near 90th Street along the East River, it was used as a fortification sight by the Patriots to defend Manhattan during the American Revolution.
