Original Press Photo, 10" x 8," shows 20 Black men with credentials and identification on the photo service sheet enclosed. The occasion took place January 14, 1961 at the Waldorf-Astoria, NYC, honoring Robert C. Weaver on his appointment by President Kennedy as Administrator of the Housing and Home Finance Agency. Included in the photo are such luminaries as Ralph Bunche, Roy Wilkins, Henry Lee Moon, etc.
