War-date Confederate soldier's Autograph Letter Signed by Thomas W.G. Inglett, Company C, 28th Georgia Vols, WIA at Cold Harbor and Darbytown Road, 4pp. octavo, May 14, 1863, Camp near Fredericksburg, and reads in part: "...our Stonewall is dead. He died on the 11 inst. and when he died I felt like some of my own folks was dead. I am now about 2 miles from camp and tending to the wounded. I have been doing that for a week and I don't know how much longer I will have to stay. One poor fellow died last night. He [W.W. Donohue] belonged to the 53rd Georgia Regiment...I will send you a Yankee colonel..." Fine condition.
