War-date Confederate soldier's Autograph Letter Signed by Thomas W.G. Inglett, Company C, 28th Georgia Vols, WIA at Cold Harbor and Darbytown Road, 2pp. octavo, August, Georgia, April 19, 1865, "Mary Jim Inglett says that I stuck a brass pin through my leg to get to the hospital and says it is about to kill me. I want you to give her one whipping for that lie if it is the last thing that you ever do..." on verso a Surgeons Pass signed by N.F. Howard, Augusta, Georgia, April 15, 1865, Office Blackie Hospital, and reads "Corporal Th. Inglett Co. C 28th Ga Regt has permission to remain in private quarters at Rerslia, Ga. & will report in person to this office April the 17th 1865..." Very good condition.
