War-date Confederate soldier's Autograph Letter Signed by Thomas W.G. Inglett, Company C, 28th Georgia Vols, WIA at Cold Harbor and Darbytown Road, 4pp. 12mo. pencil, November 13, 1862, Strasburg, Virginia, with cover, franked by him with manuscript "DUE 10", it reads in part: "...we have tore up the railroad from Harpers Ferry to Winchester and now we are tearing up the Manassas Gap road and then I thin we will fall back to Richmond and go into winter quarters. We have been drawed up in line of battle 2 or 3 times lately to fight but the Yankees fell back. The Yankees is between us and Richmond. I will tell you that Holden Feald and Luke [POW at Crampton's Gap, died of disease in 1864] is not dead the Yankees got them.
