Resigned in October 1862 due to severe soldier injury resulting from a railroad accident. Later South Carolina legislator and aide to Governor Bonham (1862-65). Legal Autograph Document Signed by Alfred Proctor Aldrich2pp. quarto, January 20, 1881, pertaining to a case between W.C. Jackson & Co. and Z. Richardson. Good condition
