Bound Volume of Frank Leslie's Illustrated Newspaper, January 4, 1862 through December 27, 1862, boards present but loose, the first two and last issues are damaged as a result. In addition, the "special issues" containing the four-page pull out illustrations have been trimmed. Still, the Leslies are considerable more scarce than their larger competitor Harper's Weekly.
