From the 18th issue, a front cover engraving "Maryland and Pennsylvania Farmers Visiting the Battle-Field of Antietam ...;" with a full page engraving, "Battle of Antietam ... Burying the Rebel Dead ...;" and several additional Antietam engravings. From the 25th issue, full page engraving "Campaign in Maryland - Battle at Dam No. 4 ..." (Antietam); and full page engraving "Women and Children of Sharpsburg Taking Refuge ...; (lower right chip affects image slightly)" From the November 1, 1862, front cover, 1/4 page engraving, "Stuart's Rebel Cavalry, After Their Successful Raid Into Pennsylvania ..."
