War-date Union soldier's Autograph Letter Signed by William T. Benjamin, 4th Delaware Infantry, 2pp. octavo, Camp 4th Delaware Volunteers, March 18, 1865, with cover, it read in part: "...There has been one of the greatest revivals of religion in our brigade that I ever saw. Nearly all of our company have embraced religion. Every night the chapel is crowded. My Dear Sister I found peace with God about a week ago, and all the consolation I can offer is that should you die before you meet me again on earth or if I die in Virginia be assured that we will meet in heaven..." Fine condition.
