Mulligan" by a secretary, 1pp. quarto, Head Quarters Camp Douglas, Chicago, April 1, 1862, to Republican congressman Isaac Newton Arnold, it reads in part: "...May I ask you the favor of a copy of the resolution introduced by you in Congress thanking the good boys of my Irish Brigade and the men of the other Regts. for their services at Lexington..." About very good condition.
