Personius, 3pp. octavo, Elmira, New York, October 3, 1862, with General McClellan patriotic cover, it reads in part: "...We have orders to start for Dixie this afternoon. I tell you what the boys are all in fine spirits. Hiram & Charley in particular. We were paid the rest of our bounty yesterday. $29 making in all ninety two dollars bounty..." Fine condition...plus; Two letters penned by his wife. ...plus; War-date Union soldier's Autograph Letter Signed by Daniel Bessemer, 50th New York Engineers, North Barton, on patriotic lettersheet, pertaining to his cousin Charles Personius. Fine condition.
