War-date Union soldier's Autograph Letter Signed by Henry A. Wiley, 104th New York Vols, 2-1/2pp. quarto, Camp Reliance, Clouds Mills, Virginia, May 7, 1862, and reads in part: "...Tonight we will probably be called out in the middle of the night so as to see how soon we could turn out in line of battle. Us officers know what it all means you ought to see some of the boys look at each other when I told them what to do in case the alarm was given to night or at any time. I know what is coming and of course can rest just as well as ever, but I presume that some of the boys will not sleep much tonight. But one thing is certain, we will be moved from here to support McDowell in less than ten days in my opinion..." Fine condition.
