Nice Confederate patriotic card, with inscription on verso pertaining to E. Pendleton Long, 7th Virginia Cavalry, who enlisted in March 1862, was taken prisoner and exchanged before being WIA and having a horse killed from beneath him at Reams Station. Nice card with "DON'T TREAD ON US/ DEATH BEFORE DISHONOR" and crossed Confederate nationals with snake at center...plus; Miniature albumen photograph of John Wilkes Booth. From Long's war-time materials.
