Dry Mat used in the newspaper printing, 17-1/2"x24", of the July 21, 1969 New York Times, Late City Edition issue with headline "MEN WALK ON MOON/ASTRONAUTS LAND ON A PLAIN AFTER STEERING PAST CRATER". In a side column we have the words of Neil Armstrong "GIANT LEAP FOR MANKIND." This quote was given at 10:56 PM, making this newspaper printed within hours of Armstrong's first step!. Fine. Rare.
