Stereoview, Cremer, Philadelphia label on verso. Excellent view of the carriage President George Washington used for his first Presidential Inauguration in 1789. The carriage was on display at the Great Sanitary Fair in Philadelphia in 1864. Sanitary Fairs were held to support the Union Troops, as well as Union wounded. Excellent.
