Titled "Statement of Volunteer," one page, oblong 8vo, with verso docketing. Each document names a recruit, his examining surgeon and mustering officer. Additional information noted is place of birth, age, occupation and bounty received. Five forms are from March, 1864 while the sixth form dates to April, 1865. All of the recruits are immigrants, with one German and five Irishmen recorded. A lot worthy of further research. VG.
