Music Sheet, “Gettysburg Boys,” by W.A. Webb, 6pp., 10-1/2” x 13-1/2,” 1913, Doylestown Pa. Color front cover has cyan images of the Gettysburg combatants General George Meade and General Robert E. Lee. The piece was “Written for the Gettysburg Semi-Centennial Reunion.” VG From June 29 to July 6, 1913, the Union and Confederate flags flew side by side when more than 50,000 Civil War veterans convened in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, to commemorate the 50th anniversary of one of the most pivotal battles in American history. President Wilson addressed the veterans July 4th.
