September 22, 1877, from the front page, a full engraving of “A Discarded Mistress” killing her lover in the bath tub. Some paper loss at bottom of front page. ... plus, March 29, 1879 from the front page, a full engraving of a daughter killing her sleeping father with a hatchet, burns him and then commits suicide.
