Partially printed document "Final Statement," signed on verso, one page with docketing, Brownsville, Texas, March 11, 1875, large 4to, pertaining to Private Simeon Franklin, musician with the 24th U. S. Infantry Regimental Band. Simeon is noted as having been born in Tennessee and recruited at Fort Bliss in 1870 for a five year tour. Fine condition.
