Both are AP photos and are stamped as such on the back, the first being "March Halted," showing Birmingham protesters being blocked by a policeman on April 14, 1963…plus; "On the Prod," March 17, 1965, wherein a mounted Alabama State Trooper takes a club to Montgomery demonstrators. Very fine.
