Partially printed document, "Morning Report of 4th Regt. Ga Cavalry commanded by Col D. L. Clinch," one page, oblong folio, no place, February 6, 1865. Of 771 officers and men on the rolls, 172 were absent without leave and 221 were sick. A telling look at the toll desertion and disease took on late war Southern strength. Expected folds, else very good condition.
