An original CDV photograph, not identified on the mount but photographed by C.D. Fredricks. This is known as the “top-coat” pose with 3/4 view of Booth wearing leather gloves and a fur-lined great coat, and one of the last shots of the famous actor before he became the infamous assassin. Manuscript identification on the mount, revenue stamp on the reverse.
