Two-sided ribbon with crossed flags on celluloid hanger, 8 ½" overall, the obverse of red and white silk with a lithograph portrait of Admiral Semmes and touting Camp No. 11, the verso in black silk "In Memoriam" of Semmes, moderate fracturing to the silk, stains to hanger and portrait, good condition.
