Newspaper, a complete and authentic issue of the Illustrated News, New York, July 2, 1853, 8pp., 12” x 16,” disbound, spotty. From the interior, a full page engraving “Jerusalem at the Present Day - View From the Mount of Olives,” signed in the plate “Leslie.” From another page is a key to the illustration identfying 42 points. Both pages are spotty but still unique.
