A great group of four, ca. 1840, flint glass dishes from the 1840 Presidential campaign of William Henry Harrison. The plates vary in size from 3" to 3 1/2" in diameter. Three have a lone log cabin with an American Flag flying from it, while another shows a log cabin and reads: "Tippecanoe. Fort Meigs," around the diameter. The last bears a military bust portrait of Harrison at the center and reads: "President. Maj. Gen. W. H. Harrison. Born Feb. 9, 1773. 1841." Minor chips effecting two. Also included is a 3" diameter geometric design plate with a butterfly in the center, minor chips, else VG
