Small broadside printed on pink paper measuring 6" x9", fine. Published by the White Supremacist Citizens' Council of Greater New Orleans (WCC) and titled: "Notice! To All White Citizens...STOP Buying Ford Cars and Trucks...For years and years a considerable portion of the profits from the sale of Ford cars, trucks, and other Ford products have been funneled into tax free foundation...MILLIONS of dollars...have been distributed to integration and civil rights organizations to fight the white people of the SOUTH, by forcing them to associate with negroes...". The WCC was formed in 1954 and was a prominent player in the anti-Civil Rights movement throughout the 1960s, forcing economic boycotts and using intimidation tactics against activists. A rare anti integration piece.
