Five war-date Confederate partly-printed postal forms, entitled: "Account of Mails Sent from the Post Office at Gravel Hill, County of Buckingham, State of Virginia," 20pp., 12 x 20, three on necessity paper, with 16 columns tracking the monies collected for mail delivery and the destination of those mailed pieces. The dates covered are Oct. 1st through Dec. 31st 1861 and July 2nd - Sept. 29th, 1863, tracking mail sent to the many towns of Virginia with nearly 1000 line entries. Each entry notes the number of letters sent to each respective town and whether the transaction was paid for with stamps of cash. Overall VG
