Unfortunate paper cut out affecting front cover, else fine…PLUS; a good, 2pp. oblong 4to., printed postwar State of Georgia document, entitled: "Exhibit C. Tabular Statement of the Public Debt. A Descriptive List of Bonds of the State of Georgia outstanding on the 15th day of October, 1866…". Overall VG. 200-300 (2 pieces)
