Irregular cut tintype, 2-1/2” x 3-5/8,” with minor bends and minor corrosion lower right. Still, a very unusual studio image of two white soldiers posing as boxers. The boxers’ pants are lightly tinted. Between them, in a crouch, is a uniformed black soldier holding a stop watch.
