Pair of 8 3/4" x 10 7/8" Franklin Pierce letter head, ca.1853, by Charles Magnus, New York. Each single sheet pictures the newly elected President Pierce in the center, with the previous Presidents surrounding him. One sheet has had bold colors added, while the second sheet had yet to be colored. Both pieces are in fine condition with just a hint of age. As most collectors know Pierce Presidential material is difficult to source. A wonderful pair for framing.
