Partially printed document, "Memorandum of Bullion from the Savage Mining Co. Assayed at the Gould and Curry Assay Office," one page, oblong folio, 16 ¾" x 10", Virginia City, Nevada, April 22 and 23, 1867. Manuscript entries account for the silver and gold ore run through nearby mills, such as Empire State, Booth's, Devil's Gate, Island, Central and Mariposa. The Savage Mining Co. was one of the concerns that helped develop the famous Comstock Lode. Splits on central horizontal fold, else very good condition.
