Revolutionary War Era Trench Pike Head, Choice Fine. 8", diamond-shaped blade, 11.25" overall length. Classic example of Revolutionary War era pike head, dug in the Concord, MA area. Wonderful, hand-forged construction with a medium ridged blade and good hand-forged socket. American troops carried pikes such as this for use in battle. Nice, deep-brown patina.
