Granting to Samuel Biggart "a tract of land called 'Tryden' situate in ... Westmoreland County." Mifflin signs boldly at upper left. The paper and wax seal is half-missing from upper left; there is some offset at lower left from the seal; normal folds, light toning and soiling front and back. Partial seals remaining on verso.
