Manuscript Document Signed, 1p. folio, December 26, 1793, Frederick County, Maryland, being a legal summons in which a William Larkin, as owner of the slave "Poll", posts bond of "…Ten pounds current money…that a certain Negro Poll…shall make her appearance before the Justices of the next County Court…to answer for committing a felony…" Small fold splits, else VG. A nice 18th century Maryland slave document.
