The Evening Telegraph, Philadelphia, April 22, 1865, 8pp., folio. Published just over a week after Lincoln's assassination, this newspaper anticipates the arrival of the "Catafalque Bearing the Remains of our Lamented President, Abraham Lincoln." The front page engraving is supplemented on page 4 by a badge-style Lincoln memorial with a portrait. Minor loss where folds intersect, pages 1 - 4 not trimmed at the top edge. Overall very good condition.
