Hoover" 1p. quarto, on Federal Bureau of Investigation letterhead, June 25, 1937, addressed to H.P. Auld, of Columbia, South Carolina, who are desirous of securing positions in the Federal Bureau of Investigation. I am indeed pleased to know of your interest in these young men and, in accordance with your request, I am forwarding to them formal application blanks for their use in applying for appointment in this Bureau..."
