c. 1863, Unusual Recruiting Cover from the Supervisory Committee For Recruiting Colored Regiments, near Mint condition. 3" x 5.5", an unusual piece of ephemera... an unused recruiting cover from the Philadelphia "Office of Supervisory Committee for Recruiting Colored Regiments" circa 1863, in pristine condition. Certainly scarce... the first we've seen!
