A composite print of the photographs of the members of the U.S House and Senate who voted to ratify the 13th Amendment in December, 1865. Measuring 2-1/2”x3”, it features Schuyler Colfax in the center with Hamlin and Lincoln at top and bottom. Mounted to large stock, with ink manuscript “The President, Vice President and Speaker who signed also the Senators and members of the House who voted for the amendment to the Constitution Abolishing Slavery in the United States.
