Ten articles of association, including: "The conditions of membership shall be unqualified loyalty to the Federal Government, and unwavering support in its efforts to suppress this unholy Slaveholders' Rebellion," and "Our Motto shall be 'Eternal Vigilance is the Price of Liberty.'" Two names are signed in pencil at bottom. Some fading; slight separation at left edges of folds.
