Jim Crow, (Baltimore: George Willig, Jr., n.d., 1840s), 2pp., large folio, 9 1/2" x 13 1/2", with lyrics written in dialect as would become the norm for such material during the 19th century, reading, in part: "…My name's Jim Crow…Oh de Ohio n--gers tink demslves so fine, But de Baltimr niggs Dey can drink wine…Oh de Coal Black rose, Once was all de go, But now she find a ribal in Mister Jim Crow…". Light foxing, very good condition.
