Scarce and very presentable document, “MORNING REPORT, of Tenth Company, Depot of Prisoners of War on Johnson’s Island, O., for January 5, 1865.” The return reports that there are 95 prisoners present for duty. Johnson's Island was the only Union prison exclusively for Southern officers.
