Desirable CDV of President Lincoln wearing a woman's bonnet reading a newspaper that reads "Draft" on it. The CDV represents the anti draft sentiment caused by Lincolns calling up of more troops for the war effort in July of 1863. This draft also caused the New York City Draft Riots that same month that killed at least 100 free blacks. The CDV is titled "That's What's The Matter", and has a J. Hall & Co., NY, 1863 imprint on the front mount. A excellent anti Lincoln War date CDV.
